Due to the nature of firearms, ammunition, and regulated items, this Refund & Return Policy outlines strict conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered. By completing a purchase with Elite Guns Ammo, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, ammunition, magazines, optics, accessories, special orders, transfer services, and compliance-related fees. Once a transaction has been completed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued except as required by law or approved at our sole discretion under the limited conditions outlined in this policy.
Firearms are non-returnable and non-refundable once the transfer process has begun or has been completed. This includes firearms purchased in-store, ordered online, or transferred from another dealer to Elite Guns Ammo.
If a firearm is denied or delayed due to a failed background check, incomplete documentation, or legal ineligibility, the customer remains responsible for any transfer fees, shipping costs, storage fees, or restocking charges imposed by the original seller or distributor. Elite Guns Ammo does not issue refunds for denied or delayed background checks.
Manufacturer defects must be addressed directly with the firearm manufacturer under their warranty policy. Elite Guns Ammo does not accept returns or exchanges for firearms experiencing manufacturer-related issues.
All ammunition sales are final. Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, including incorrect caliber purchases, compatibility issues, or buyer error. This policy is strictly enforced due to safety, handling, and liability considerations.
Customers are responsible for verifying caliber, quantity, and product specifications before completing a purchase.
Accessories and non-regulated items may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
The return request is made within a reasonable time frame approved by Elite Guns Ammo
The return is approved in advance by Elite Guns Ammo staff
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and do not include reimbursement for original shipping or processing costs. Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage will not be accepted.
Special orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once placed. This includes items ordered at a customer’s request that are not normally stocked. Deposits made toward special orders are non-refundable.
All firearm transfer fees, background check fees, compliance processing fees, and storage fees are non-refundable. Elite Guns Ammo is not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party sellers, manufacturers, or shipping carriers.
If a transferred firearm is not picked up within a reasonable time frame, storage fees may apply. Firearms left unclaimed may be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
If you believe you received the wrong non-firearm item or if an item was damaged at the time of purchase, you must notify Elite Guns Ammo immediately or within a reasonable time frame as determined by management. Claims must be supported with proof of purchase and inspection at the time of pickup.
Elite Guns Ammo reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a replacement or resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Elite Guns Ammo may result in transaction cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of future service. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before involving a payment provider.
Elite Guns Ammo reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or that violates applicable laws, safety standards, or business policies.
Elite Guns Ammo reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued purchases or use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
