By visiting our store, using our website, contacting us by phone, or completing any purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Elite Guns Ammo operates a federally compliant firearms and ammunition business located at 2503 S 13th St, Norfolk, NE 68701, USA. Customers are accepted at our location during regular business hours: Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
All customers must meet all applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements to purchase firearms, ammunition, or regulated items. Firearm purchases require valid government-issued identification and successful completion of any required background checks. Elite Guns Ammo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that does not meet legal, regulatory, or compliance standards.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during any transaction may result in denial of service and potential reporting to appropriate authorities.
All firearm transactions are conducted in full compliance with ATF regulations and Nebraska state law. Firearms are released only after all legal requirements have been satisfied. Delays, denials, or extended background check processing times are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation once a firearm has been transferred to us for processing.
Firearms purchased online or transferred from another dealer must be shipped to Elite Guns Ammo or another valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, as required by law.
Ammunition and non-regulated accessories may be subject to age verification and local restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any product purchased is legal to possess and use in their jurisdiction.
Elite Guns Ammo is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or unlawful handling of firearms, ammunition, or accessories after purchase.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability issues at any time. Payment must be completed in full before any product is released or transferred.
Accepted payment methods may vary and are subject to verification. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in cancellation of the transaction and restriction of future purchases.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a separate written policy. Firearms, ammunition, and certain regulated items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once transferred or processed. Non-firearm items may be eligible for return only if unused, unmodified, and approved by Elite Guns Ammo in advance.
Shipping costs, transfer fees, and compliance-related charges are non-refundable.
Elite Guns Ammo provides firearm transfer services in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse any transfer that appears non-compliant, incomplete, or unlawful. Transfer fees must be paid prior to processing.
We are not responsible for errors, damages, or delays caused by third-party sellers, shipping carriers, or manufacturers.
Elite Guns Ammo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. All products are sold “as-is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Customers assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use of all firearms and ammunition purchased.
Any content provided on our website is for informational purposes only and may be updated or removed without notice. Unauthorized use of our website, including attempts to disrupt functionality or access restricted areas, is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of Nebraska.
